The tandoori dishes around the corner are to die for, especially at Cucina Hess—absolute fire! Plus, you can snag free biscuits at the hotel, which is a sweet touch after a long day exploring the beach nearby.

Now, if you're looking for peace and quiet, you might hear a bit too much from the neighbors—like their alarms or, well, other activities.

Walls lacked sound insulation. I could hear alarms and more from adjacent rooms, which was quite a distraction. The room itself felt cramped, barely fitting two people, and the view from the window left much to be desired. Navigating multiple flights of stairs could be an issue for those with heavy luggage.

The staff was very accommodating and got us checked in early.

First off, the lack of an elevator was infuriating, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable. I could hear alarms and other unwelcome sounds throughout the night. It ruined any chance of a decent night's sleep, which is the bare minimum I'd expect from a hotel stay.

The bed in our Double Room was super comfy. Everything felt clean and fresh. We had a nice shower, and the staff was really accommodating, preparing our room early when we arrived. The location was on point, close to the beach and Carmel Market. Just wish the breakfast was better. it was pretty disappointing, basically just some muffins and coffee. But overall, a solid stay!

sun city is a gem! the staff were incredibly kind and had our room ready within 50 minutes of our early arrival. the location is amazing, close to the beach and carmel market. plus, there’s great coffee available all day at the kitchen next to the reception.

Wi-Fi was good, and I loved the air conditioning. No smoking on site was a plus. Unfortunately, noise from nightclubs kept me up.

our stay at sun city was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beach and vibrant nightlife. the staff was incredibly helpful, getting us into our room earlier than expected. free coffee available all day was a nice touch, too!
